2.25c Whole Milk + .75c Heavy Cream whisk into dry ingredients in double boiler let simmer for about 15-20 minutes till it thickens stir occasionally but not too often or it wont set right the first time i made that mistake
6oz semisweet chocolate or dark chocolate coarsely chopped or a combo. i used 5oz semi sweet and 1oz dark  whisk slowly into milk and allow them to thicken give it about 5 minutes to combobulate
1T vanilla extract and as much kahlua as you like i used 2T remove from heat and mix into chocolate mixture  place into individual servings and place in freezer for 5-10 minutes then transfer it fridge to finish setting
 top with whipped cream
if it didnt set the first time there is no need to fret i messed up my first try too just put it back on a simmering double boiler add a spoonful of cornstarch whisk it in and let it sit for 10-12 minutes  whisk every 3-4 minutes. let it set again.

I’m not a big fan of candies or milk chocolates, but I’m a one helluva sucker for dark chocolate. =d
