Insanity Week 4 | Eating + cooking healthy and brain power
(In the photo: Glazed Whole Wheat Key Lime Bread.)
I’m going into the Week 4 of my Insanity Workout tomorrow! Six days a week for 3 straight weeks now! Woohooo! *applause*
Taking in the healthy lifestyle a little more seriously. The major cooks in the house (namely ME and my youngest brother) are trying to inject the healthy eating philosophy in the house. So whenever we can, we substitute healthier ingredients to the recipes we use.

On the workout part, I am very happy with the results. It didn’t only make me healthier and firmer all around LOL, it gave me a sense of discipline in whatever I do. Insanity teaches the individual to push beyond one’s comfort limit, and it helped me a lot in my current mindset. I stick to my goals better and have been doing better in multitasking - not just multitasking on itsy bitsy nonsense stuff, but on serious things too haha. I don’t get tired easily and get frustrated easily when things aren’t going as planned. Mind power.
And so it holds true…

Week 4 tomorrow and counting! :)
